Emiliana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Management, bringing over seven years of experience in research, policy analysis, program management, and budget planning. She has led and managed various projects during her time with Trade Mark East Africa (TMEA), ROMGOC, the Ministry of Finance’s Policy Analysis Department, and the World Food Program (WFP). Known for her strong leadership and team-building skills, Emiliana is dedicated to driving impactful programs and fostering collaborative success.

Biography:
Godlove Shoo holds a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Psychology. With extensive experience working with international NGOs such as the International Rescue Committee (IRC), Save the Children, Plan International, and Disability Relief Services Tanzania (DRST), Godlove has been an advocate for gender equality, protection, and improved access to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) information and services. His work spans a variety of programs focused on empowering communities and advancing SRHR access for all.

Jonathan Nkungu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and is registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania. With over seven years of experience, he has worked with various INGOs and NGOs, including Young Water Solution, Environmental Conservation for Wildlife and Community (ECWC), Cambridge Development Initiatives (CDI), and the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). Jonathan specializes in water resource management and leads sanitation and hygiene promotion initiatives. His expertise in WASH and Climate Change programs is instrumental in driving sustainable solutions for community health and environmental conservation.

Flomena Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning and Management and a Master’s degree in Development Studies. She has a diverse background in promoting education and environmentally friendly livelihood initiatives through her work with organizations such as Save the Children, the National Environmental Management Council (NEMC) – Central Zone, Dodoma City Council, and Sabath Education Center. Flomena’s expertise lies in integrating sustainable practices within educational and community programs, making her a key advocate for climate-conscious development and youth empowerment.
