Happyness has led and managed programs focused on counseling, sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), and women’s economic empowerment, reflecting her dedication to community well-being and sustainable development.

Passionate about supporting education and community development, she has been teaching English as a Second Language to immigrants in the United States and enjoys reading to school children with her dog. Since 2020, Elizabeth has actively volunteered with the Anike Foundation as a grant writer, helping non-profit organizations in Africa, including Mydia-Tz, secure funding to improve lives. Her dedication to education and grant writing has empowered communities through impactful resources.
