The project, supported by Engineers without Borders (EWB-US), and constructed in collaboration with the Buhigwe RUWASA office and Biharu local water board, involves rehabilitation of the main intake, main line, distribution line, construction of a new valves, T90 water tank and additional 35 water points for Biharu ward of Buhigwe district in Kigoma region – Tanzania. The project is expected to benefit more than 29,000 people of Biharu and outside Biharu.
